natnudO products listed on the site are also available at all natnudO retails stores while supplies last. In some cases, products displayed on the site may not be available at the natnudO stores. All products listed on our site are subject to available stock.
OUR DELIVERY SERVICE
Deliveries are carried out by our reliable and efficient 3rd party dispatch couriers. When you place an order, we use all reasonable efforts to deliver to you within 12 hours of your order placement. However, our delivery timelines are estimates
PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
Available products are always displayed on the site. Some product specifications might be unavailable at some locations. Product prices are listed on each product in Nigerian Naira. We are able to fulfill your order with an additional delivery cost based on your selected destination. Please confirm prices and delivery when ordering. To receive delivery, you do not need to be present to receive your order from our delivery courier. However, we request that each delivery is signed off on our GRN note with the rider. In the case of bad weather or unforeseen delivery complications, deliveries may be delayed. We will make every effort to get your products to you before end of day. And in cases where we are unable to deliver same day, we will make such deliveries priority the next day after informing you. Your order will arrive with a receipt and a GRN note that will list all of the items you have ordered and was billed for. If something is missing from your order, please call us so that we can do everything reasonable in our power to ensure your satisfaction. Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a dispatch communication.
PAYMENT AND PROCESSING
We accept only debit cards via paystack at this time. Our standard delivery timelines come into effect immediately after the order has been deemed confirmed. A mail shall be sent to you confirming your order. We do commit to ensuring that we do everything possible to meet the period stated. Be aware that online payments transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we’re not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payments for a lot of reasons
ORDER AND PACKAGING
Products are bagged in natnudO branded packs primarily and a secondary carrier bag for additional handling. All orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits to any order and to discontinue products without notice even if you have already placed your order. In addition, before accepting your order, we may require additional information if you have not provided all the information required by us to complete your order.
Due to the nature of our products (food) We do not process refunds at this time. However, we can accommodate customers on a case by case basis. If ever you are to be refunded, do note that amount will be less the bank charges.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our products are processed with strict adherence to hygienic best practices. Products are only eligible for returns if they are received either damaged upon delivery, or where the wrong product is delivered to you. If you receive a wrong / damaged product, we will retrieve the product and replace it with the right product within a 12hours window on a business day and 24 hours during weekend from the time we receive the complaint. Wrong products must be returned unopened and in good condition as received else it will be void. Return request will only be honoured 1 business day after delivery. Wrong product must remain intact, unopened, frozen and untampered with. Please note that Claims that are received after 48 hours will not be honoured We do not accept exchanges on consumables.
We value your business and your satisfaction is our goal. You can always reach us on our contact channels to lodge your complaints. Please note that complaint handling processes shall be provided free of charge.
If we attempt to deliver your order and you are not at the address you have stipulated on the agreed day and time, we will return your order back to our store. A fresh delivery charge will be applicable for a reroute or re attempt of delivery.
We are unable to cancel an Order once it has been placed. However, we might be able to alter the same order only before it is dispatched from our retail stores. Request and confirmation must be made through our Customer Satisfaction Centre on 07002000200
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
natnudO Foods reserves the right to make changes, alterations, modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. The continued use of the website following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes We would update the Site from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, that the content on the Site is accurate, complete or up-to-date all the time. We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions. In addition, all weights and size dimensions are approximates. If you receive an order that you believe contains a mistake, we encourage you to contact us right away so that we may correct the error.
