Our products are processed with strict adherence to hygienic best practices. Products are only eligible for returns if they are received either damaged upon delivery, or where the wrong product is delivered to you.
If you receive a wrong/damaged product, we will retrieve the product and replace it with the right product within a 12hours window on a business day and 24 hours during weekend from the time we receive the complaint. Wrong products must be
returned unopened and in good condition as received else it will be void. Return request will only be honoured 1 business day after delivery. Wrong product must remain intact, unopened, frozen and untampered with.
Please note that Claims that are received after 48 hours will not be honoured. We do not acceptexchanges on consumables.
